Past

Since 1996, our Real Estate Portal MonteCarlo-RealEstate.com and our Multiple Listing Service Tool (MLS) ImmoToolBox has allowed agencies in Monaco to increase their online visibility and effectively collaborate with one another.

It is on account of these efforts that Monaco is one of the only countries to have a complete Real Estate Portal and a Multiple Listing Service Tool open to all agencies.

Present

Today, MonteCarlo-RealEstate.com and ImmoToolBox have been taken over by a leading group of Real Estate Portals in Europe - notably the owner of Immobiliare.it, LuxuryEstate.com and other leading sites in Luxembourg, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Its founder, Andrea Piccioni, now manager of the ImmoSoft group, has lived in Monaco for several years and seeks to contribute to the Monaco real estate market by bringing his lengthy expertise to the sector.

Future / Our Goals

  • To help Monaco agencies digitalize further, all while accompanying them in their sales process thanks to our Real Estate Portals and our MLS tool.
  • Working closely with Monaco agencies to improve our Real Estate Portals and MLS tool and to create tailor-made solutions to further ameliorate the quality of the Monaco real estate market.
  • Significantly grow the number of visitors on MonteCarlo-RealEstate.com to help agencies reach a wider clientele, all while increasing the number of international clients through LuxuryEstate.com.
